Our collections are primarily made to order in Ecuador, allowing us to embrace a more responsible approach to fashion by minimizing unnecessary production and excess inventory.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Each garment is individually produced after your order has been confirmed.

Our estimated timeframe for production and delivery is 4–6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

This estimated timeframe includes garment production, preparation, and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and unforeseen circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with updated information and available options in accordance with applicable law.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer shipping within Ecuador and to selected international destinations.

International orders are dispatched from Ecuador through trusted courier services, including DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination and service availability.

Domestic orders are delivered through an appropriate local shipping provider.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is included in the product price for all destinations where delivery is offered at checkout.

Any additional delivery services or charges, if applicable, will be communicated before the purchase is completed.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Once your garment has completed production and passed our quality inspection, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
